Problems With An Order
In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Customer Service may be reached at toll-free at 1-866-993-7467 or if you are not able dial a toll-free number from you location, please call 203-353-5036. If you prefer to send an e-mail, please contact us.

Return/Exchange Policy for WWE™ Shop™
Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from WWE™ Shop™. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other charges. Opened CDs, VHS tapes, DVDs, books and magazines will not be refunded, only exchanged for the same item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new condition, in original box (when applicable) and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. Please indicate on the packing slip the specific product being returned and the reason for the return. Customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. We will, however, reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order. However, tax on shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Return Instructions:

1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, as well as in their original packaging. Software, video games, videos and audio products must be unopened.

2. Circle the items you are returning (see other side packing slip). Select a reason code from the list (on the return form) and write it next to the item being returned (see packing slip).

3. If exchanging the same item(s) for a different size, please indicate new size on packing slip next to the product(s) being returned. Please contact us for any other type(s) of exchange(s).

4. Send your package so that it can be tracked. UPS or return receipt by the US Post Office is recommended. We are not responsible if there is no proof that the product was delivered to us.

5. We will issue a credit to the credit card on file, or if paid by check or money order (for mail orders), we will issue a refund check (please allow thirty (30) days to process refund checks). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

DVD/Video Format
Videos and DVDs in UK Format (PAL) WWE™ Shop™ does not offer videos in the PAL format. You can purchase videos and DVDs in this format by contacting Silvervision in the United Kingdom. Silvervision sells WWE™ licensed products. The Web site link is: www.silvervision.co.uk

International VHS Formats
All of the videos sold by WWE™ Shop™ follow the 60 Hz, NTSC format. This is the video format used in North America and Japan. NTSC videotapes will not work on most videocassette players in countries that use PAL, SECAM, or other video standards.

PAL - WWE™ Shop™ does not offer videos in the PAL format. PAL format VHS tapes will work on most players in Europe, Australia, China, and parts of the Middle East. You can purchase videos in this format by contacting Silvervision in the United Kingdom (a company that sells WWE™ licensed products). The Web site link is: www.silvervision.co.uk

SECAM-format VHS tapes will work on players in France. At this time, we do not sell videos in this format.

DVD Region Encoding
There are currently 6 global region codes that identify specific DVDs that are compatible with the players typically sold in that region. The majority of all current titles play in only one specific region unless otherwise noted. Most of the DVDs sold by WWE™ Shop™ are encoded for Region 1 (U.S. and Canada) only and may not work on DVD players in other countries. Listed below are the six regions.

Region 1: U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, and Bermuda
Region 2: Japan, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East, including Egypt
Region 3: Southeast Asia, East Asia, including Hong Kong
Region 4: Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean
Region 5: Former Soviet Union, Indian subcontinent, Africa, North Korea, and Mongolia
Region 6: China

Free Gifts and Promotions
The free gifts with purchase promotions offered in the catalog are for orders that are:

    1. Mailed in with the catalog order form.

    3. Ordered online and using the correct promotion code when checking out.
