It was a simple, yet revolutionary concept: two men start in the ring and every two minutes another Superstar is added to the match. Toss your opponents over the top rope to eliminate them until only one minute remains. It was so popular with fans that in its second year, 1989, the number of Superstars increased to 30 and the match was moved to pay-per-view. In 1992, the stakes were raised, as the victor was awarded the WWE Championship. For the first time ever on DVD, the first five Royal Rumble events (1988-1992) are presented in their entirety. Review: I really enjoyed buying the Royal Rumble Boxed this is one of my favorite pay pre views of the year and I see no flaws in this Anthology I loved the way you guys have movies packed and I have watched them a bunch of times. So thinks again for making another great set.

Review: If you are a fan of WWE in the 80s then this is the must have Volume of the Entire Royal Rumble. This will be the only time you will ever be able to have the FIRST real Royal Rumble that was aired on Cable networks not on PPV. Great item and brough back the good old days of wrestling.
